How quickly does my order get shipped?

Orders ship within 3-5 days. You will receive a notification when your order has been sent out.

Which shipping carriers do you partner with?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. Standard shipping is done with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS.  The courier delivering within our local radius is Gopherit Deleveries.

Will I be updated on my shipment?

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

We currently ship within Canada

I made a mistake when checking out! Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you make a mistake at the checkout, please notify us asap and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your return or exchange policy?

At this time we are unable to exchange or return products due to health and safety concerns.  All sales are final.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes to collect my order?

You will not have to pay duties or customs when ordering within Canada.

How can I view my current and past orders?

To view your existing orders and their status, you can create an account on the Ash Posy website. Your order information will automatically appear as it is tied to your email address. If you have used multiple email addresses to place orders in the past, you will need to create more than one customer account to view and track them.

Do you make your own products?

All of our products are made with care by hand in small batches in our Ottawa production studio.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

Our ingredients are sourced from farmers, producers and raw material suppliers based in Canada.

Are your products sustainably made?

Sustainability is always a top priority and our team works hard to bring a high level product to our customers where production, ingredients and packaging have minimal environmental impact.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You are able to make online payments with your debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How should I store my ASH POSY products?

Your products should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sun.

Where can I learn more about your products, their ingredients, and their benefits?

Each product page includes a detailed ingredient list and an overview of their benefits. If you have a question that is not answered on the product page directly, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team would be happy to connect.

POSY POINTS PROGRAM

How can I earn points?

Through our Posy Points program, you'll earn 5 points for every dollar spent. You'll also be able to earn points by connecting with us on social media, as well as referring your friends! We'll even send you a little gift of 50 points on your birthday, if you choose to provide it.

How do I redeem points?

Once you've hit the threshold for a given reward, you'll be able to convert your points into a unique discount code just for you! This can be done within the loyalty account panel on our site. Enter this code during checkout and your reward will automatically apply.

Can I transfer my points or rewards to someone else?

No, your Posy Points and any associated rewards are unique to you. Points cannot be transferred, pooled, or shared.

Do my points expire?

Your Posy Points do not expire.

I placed an order but my points balance hasn't changed.

If you do not see an increase in your Posy Points 24 hours after placing an order, please reach out to our team. We'd be happy to look into it and be sure you're properly rewarded for your purchases!
